  • Review and provide feedback on educational content, framework, questions, process, reporting structure
  • Facilitate verification and validation process of programme content
  • Facilitate teacher training activities and ensure its effective field implementation
  • Supervise and guide programme field team in planning and implantation of activities
  • Support implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all programme activities
  • Facilitate community mobilisation for various programme activities  
  • Capacity building of team on CSR programme activities
  • Facilitate in programme review at key intervals for programme planning and implementation
  • Adhere the implementation of processes and monitoring progress
  • Monitoring and measurement of process measurable
  • Support in programme reporting and documentation
  • Facilitate programme fund requests and disbursals processes
  • Liaison with government departments, NGOs and other agencies
  • Attend meetings / workshops / training and undertake representation of the agency where required
  • Coordinate with other nodal persons at various Torrent locations regarding CSR programme implantation
  • implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Develop innovative educational programmes for CSR, annual work plans, proposals, budgets in coordination with HOD
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programme and make recommendation for new programmes Support and implement CSR initiatives as and when required at other Torrent locations
  • Any other activities as desired by the management in the interest of the CSR functions.

 B.Ed./M.Ed./MSW or equivalent
